CELEBRATE THE FALL AT FLORIDA’S EMERALD COAST

DESTIN • FORT WALTON BEACH • OKALOOSA ISLAND, Fla. -- Known for seafood festivals, boating events and seaside celebrations, the Emerald Coast proudly presents an array of festive happenings this fall. Visitors take part in all of the excitement from the Destin Fishing Rodeo in October to Breakfast with Santa late November, while situated on 24 miles of the awe-inspiring shores of
Destin • Fort Walton Beach • Okaloosa Island.

Tokened as the "World's Luckiest Fishing Village," due to incomparable fishing and the largest charter boat fleet in Florida, the area hosts the annual Destin Fishing Rodeo, Oct. 1-31. The tournament presents more than $100,000 in prizes and flaunts giant dock parties with more than 30,000 eager anglers from around the world competing for fresh and saltwater fish, such as king mackerel, white marlin, amberjack, cobia and speckled trout.
